FAQ

Do you require a contract?

We have a starting contract with our services to ensure we have the most successful implementation. What we don't do is roll over contracts that keep you locked in year after year. Psych CRM has a 12-month contract that goes month-to-month after the initial term. Revenue Protection and Business Coaching have a 3-month contract and then goes month-to-month afterwards.

If you feel like MindPractice isn’t the right fit, we’d love the chance to understand what’s not working. In many cases, we can adjust features or services to better support your business needs. But you have the option to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your service at any time.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. While our #1 core value is to "Provide Insane Value" so you never want to cancel, we understand that circumstances change. You’re free to cancel anytime, no hard feelings. Your subscription will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle.

Can I change my plan after I sign up?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

If you're upgrading, we’ll guide you through a brief implementation and training phase to make sure everything runs smoothly. If you're downgrading, please reach out to us first so we can walk you through which features or services may be affected.

Your new plan will take effect on your next billing date and you'll be charged accordingly. If you have any questions, our team is here to help ensure a seamless transition.

How can I get started?

We always start with a free Discovery Call, where we get to know you, your practice, your struggles, and your goals. We will answer any questions you have about our product and service. Often, we spend this whole time just getting to know each other, so we will schedule a second call to demo the software to you.
