If you're upgrading, we’ll guide you through a brief implementation and training phase to make sure everything runs smoothly. If you're downgrading, please reach out to us first so we can walk you through which features or services may be affected.

Our platform is designed so that anyone with basic technical skills can set up your account. We have created video tutorials and step by step guides to make the setup is straight forward.
If you are not comfortable with technology, we also offer a "white glove" Done-For-You (DFY) service. By choosing this service, you can save time and focus on other priorities of the business while professionals handle the technical setup.
This all depends on your technical skills, your level of focus, and how many systems you want to implement right away. You can create an account and get started immediately, then add features as you go.
Some clients complete setup in a single day, while others take a few weeks to roll things out at their own pace.

All clients are assigned an onboarding specialist. Included is a 1 hour training session via zoom so we can walk you through our platform and answer all your questions. We designed our system to compliment, not replace, EHR and billing systems. MindPractice focuses on sales, marketing, communication, and administrative workflows.
To get the most out of our system, we will need to integrate with your EHR. Some EHR's do not allow integration with 3rd party apps and some will charge a fee for integration. Contact us and we can discuss which EHR you are using and what integration will look like.
